Teori Barang Publik Yang Sulit Diimplementasikan
Abstract
Barang publik bisa disebut barang kolektif karena dapat dikonsumsi individu secara berkala dan dapat dikonsumsi atau dinikmati oleh siapa saja. Barang publik merupakan barang yang tidak disediakan pasar dengan penjual dan pembeli di dalamnya. Barang publik disediakan oleh pemerintah karena barang publik tidak hanya dinikmati oleh individu tetapi juga oleh banyak masyarakat. Barang publik adalah barang yang dikonsumsi individu tetapi tidak mengurangi jumlah konsumsi oleh individu lainnya. Barang publik tidak dikecualikan siapa saja yang bisa memakai atau mengkonsumsinya dan tidak perlu mengelurkan biaya untuk mengkonsumsinya.
