Tinjauan Akad Ijarah Terhadap Praktek Kerjasama Pangkas Rambut
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas konsep bagi hasil dalam Islam sebagai upaya mencapai keadilan dalam bermuamalah, dengan fokus pada praktik kerjasama usaha pangkas rambut di Ponpes Gontor Parit Culum I, Muara Sabak, Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha (ponpes) menyediakan modal dan fasilitas, sedangkan pengelola bertanggung jawab mengembangkan usaha. Akad bagi hasil dilakukan secara lisan berdasarkan kebiasaan masyarakat, dengan sistem pembagian keuntungan 70% untuk pengelola dan 30% untuk pemilik usaha. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, praktik ini telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat akad ijarah
