Pernikahan Dan Tradisi Perayaanya Dalam Perspektif Islam
Abstract
Dalam kajian ini penulis berusaha untuk menela’ah tentang pernikahan dan tradisi perayaanya dalam perspektif islam pada masyarakat kelurahan talang babat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Yang mengedepankan gejala-gejala sosial yang murni terjadi di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa memaknai pernikahan dan tradisi perayaanya dalam perspektif islam ialah mubah atau boleh, sesuai dengan hadits nabi Muhammad SAW yaitu: “Laksanakanlah walimah walaupun dengan seekor kambing”. (H.R. Bukhari dan Muslim). Di tegaskan juga dalam firman Allah S.W.T. Q.S. Al-Isra’ ayat 26 dan Q.S. An-Nur ayat 32. Adapun indikasi lain dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat prosesi tradisi perayaanya mengandung unsur maksiat, mubadzir dan sejenisnya maka haram hukumnya atau wajib di tinggalkan. Sesuai perintah Allah S.W.T. dalam Q.S. Al-Isra’ ayat 26-27.
