Abstract

Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mencetak kader-kader ekonomi kreatif di Kecamatan Sadu sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengembangan potensi lokal. Kecamatan Sadu memiliki berbagai sumber daya alam dan kerajinan yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif bernilai jual tinggi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan konsep ekonomi kreatif, pengembangan ide bisnis berbasis lokal, pelatihan keterampilan produksi, branding, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif, workshop, simulasi usaha, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai kewirausahaan kreatif, serta munculnya inisiatif dari peserta untuk memulai usaha kecil berbasis potensi desa. Program ini diharapkan menjadi titik awal dalam menciptakan ekosistem ekonomi kreatif yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Sadu.
